Certificate In Information Technology in ICT provides opportunities for students to experience IT course especially for those who are less successful in SPM to be able to pursue IT course at higher level. Successful Certificate students will be allowed to proceed to Diploma In Computer Science / IT program. Students are equipped with basic knowledge in Computer, Internet, Programming, Multimedia, Information Systems as well as Management Application package.

The Certificate in IT is a one (1) year program with 3 semesters duration.

Annual intake for this program is in JUNE and OCTOBER. Application forms are available at ICT. Completed application forms must be forwarded with RM20.00 as the process fee (non-refundable) .

Pass SPM/SPMV
2 Credits in any other subjects.  

Completed students in Certificate / Pre-Diploma In IT with minimun CGPA at 2.00 and pass all the subjects are qualified to enroll for Diploma in Information Technology UUM/ICT Programme.

With qualifications in IT Certificate / Pre-Diploma of ICT, you are able to work as Assistant Programmer, Operation System Assistant and Computer Network Operator.
